Chef Eric New & Owner Michael Frede are the creative force behind Saint Lucille's Kitchen's delicious Cajun & Creole dishes. With over 50 years of experience in the culinary world between them, they bring a unique perspective to traditional Cajun & Creole cuisine, and are always experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
We believe that the best Cajun & Creole cuisine starts with the best ingredients. That's why we source many of our ingredients from Louisiana. Andouille from Cochon Butcher, bread from Gambino's, red beans from Camellia Beans, and seafood from Inland Seafood Co. We also use authentic Cajun spices and seasonings to give our dishes that signature Louisiana flavor.
At Saint Lucille's Kitchen, we want you to feel like you're part of our family. Our warm and welcoming atmosphere is the perfect setting for a casual Saturday lunch or an intimate Friday night dinner.
